I’m not a natural athlete. I didn’t grow up doing sports. After I had my daughter, I realized I needed to take control of my health by means of fitness and nutrition. Through many ups and downs, I realized what fitness is to me: a holistic approach to living a balanced and vibrant life. I knew that discovery was one I wanted to share with others.
Why fitness coaching?
Fitness is a perpetual journey of self-discovery, self-discipline, and self-care. It is more than being a certain size or looking a certain way. Through regular and holistic self-care, I want to help you to revitalize your body, improve your stamina, and enhance your overall confidence and well-being. My goal is to challenge you to push beyond your perceived limits. Only you can achieve your goal. I can’t do it for you. Think of me as your personal cheerleader.
